Scale 75 USA orders are fulfilled and complete once we have supplied tracking information to the customer. 

Scale 75 USA is not responsible or liable for shipping carriers discrepancies, lost packages or delayed deliveries. 

Claims on shipping, lost packages and delayed shipments are the responsibility of the purchasing party. Shipping claims must be filed directly with the carrier, ie. UPS, FED EX, USPS etc.
